Section Conclave - WWW Conclave Smackdown!. Section Conclave is a great time to meet other OA members from the Lodges around our area. There are times for learning, fellowship, food, and fun. Our Lodge will be hosting the 2009 Section Conclave, so come out find out how this one is run and help us make the 2009 Section Conclave even better. Conclave Coming Fast! Section Conclave is fast approaching. If you want to go register online now on the Section webpage (just click the Conclave Smackdown banner above). The cost is now $40 per person, but this is an experience that is worth it. Register with the section, but please forward your fees to the Miami Valley Council office with a lodge registration form indicating what the payment is for. Not sure how to get there? The lodge is putting together a carpool to get anyone who registers to the Conclave. We hope to see you there. If you have questions, now is the time to ask. Just click the link to contact the Lodge Chief. 2007-2008 Calendar The 2007-2008 Lodge Calendar is now available as a downloadable PDF file. Please click on the link below to view the calendar file. Woodland Trails Staff Applications Below is the 2008 Summer Camp Staff Applicaiton for Woodland Trails. Once completed please return to C.J. Gavin. For questions you can contact C.J. at the Council Office at 937-278-4825 Become Active in the Lodge Are you looking for a way to become active in this Lodge? There are many positions available on the LEC, especially the job of Troop Representative. Their job is basically to let the members of their troop know about the upcoming events of the lodge. Troop Representatives are vital to the strength and survival of the lodge. For more details about the Troop Representative Position, please visit the OA Troop Rep Program page.
The lodge is also in need of District Representatives. Their job is the same as the Troop Representative except they keep the Troop Representatives informed in their district. If you are interested in one of these positions, please email the Troop Representative Coordinator.
There is always the need for elangomats at all Ordeals. This is one of the most important jobs at Ordeals, and it is almost always neglected or overlooked. Not only that, but as an elangomat you can come to the Ordeal for free! Contact the Ordeals Coordinator for further information about this job, or to volunteer your service for a weekend.
